Welcome to Vanderbilt Charter Academy
Vanderbilt Charter Academy has provided an excellent academic program with a moral focus character development component since 1996 in a unique building in the inner city of Holland, Michigan. The combined accomplishments of highly qualified classroom teachers, special education staff, and numerous para-professionals meet student needs for remediation and enrichment. Student academic growth averages approximately 1.5 years of growth per each school year.
Vanderbilt Charter Academy provides instruction in the specials classes of Art, Computer, Library, Music, Physical Education and Spanish in addition to the core curriculum. Middle school students also have opportunities to participate in co-curricular activities such as basketball, cross country, soccer and volleyball competition.
Vanderbilt Charter Academy parents provide invaluable insight and assistance by serving on school committees and through the parent organization the Parent School Association (PSA).
