Vanderbilt Charter Academy elementary and middle school students participate in various activities throughout the Holland area each year.
  • Vanderbilt Charter Academy participates yearly in Holland’s Tulip Time parades.
  • We host an annual can food drive in the month of November this ties in with our virtue of the month - Compassion. The food is donated to the Community Action House - a local organization that helps families in our community.
  • We have a co-op program with Holland High School providing community service for their high school students.
  • In addition, each class individually participates in service projects around our community such as reading at nursing homes, picking trash in local parks and writing letters for the elderly.

Vanderbilt Charter Academy has also developed a partnership with Hope College and Grand Valley State University so they can place teacher aides and student teachers at Vanderbilt.
